Throughout our history as human beings, we have periodically taken ourselves to sacred places for renewal. It is our nature to want to strengthen our bond with the universal and to re-dedicate ourselves. Even the thought of stepping away from the usual, of making a journey, awakens a questing spirit. We imagine the possibilities and that along with the outer borders we will cross, will be inner ones as well. We anticipate that we will stretch our body, mind, and soul to meet others, to explore the unknown, and maybe even to write a new story for our lives.
